currently a shell and not finished out on the inside. There are (4) 6 ft x 7 ft windows and one
walk through door. The new owners can
frame up interior walls, frame in more windows and even another exterior door

Land: There are 4.23
acres (more or less) of land surrounding the cabin that is completely covered
with a stand of timber that is native to south-eastern Oklahoma. The cabin sits on an elevated point which
