This turnkey ranch is set up for hunting and fishing.  There are two deer blinds that are enclosed and lockable.  There are several trees stands already in position.  All have feeders nearby. One of the feeders has a solar powered Boar Light that comes on each night and when hogs come near, the light brightens so you can see them through your scope.  Two hog traps will also help control the hogs that come on the property.  One of the traps has a feeder on top. The skinning shed has generator-powered lighting, sink, stainless-steel table, skinning gambrel and a floor drain.

There is an automatic fish feeder on the dock of the middle pond.  The catfish go wild when the feeder goes off.  It is amazing to see the fish frenzy as they go for the food that is broadcast over the water.  This middle pond is also fed by a water well.  While the well does not produce much water, it does help keep the pond from running dry in the summer months.  It also helps keep the pond aeriated and the fish healthy. So, bring your guns and fishing poles and enjoy this turnkey hunting and fishing ranch.

Cabins and Outbuildings

The airconditioned and heated cabins are like home away from home.  Between the two cabins there are three bedrooms.  Currently there is one king size bed and two regular size beds, and a third bedroom is open for cots/sleeping bags.   One bathroom has tub/shower combination.  The other bathroom has step in shower.   The open living and dining room is completely set up to enjoy, with a love seat, two recliners and a small kitchen table.  The kitchen has a stovetop, two countertop toaster ovens, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, pots, pans, and dishes.  There is even a washing machine and dryer.  In one of the bedroom closets there are two gun safes.  

The four outbuildings give you plenty of room for storing your ATVs, mowers, feed, and other supplies. 

Road Frontage and Utilities  

This property has about 475 feet of road frontage along County Road 411. All utilities are already established to the cabins.  

How About Livestock or a Homestead
