Drilled Water Well: There is a drilled water well on the property with a reported depth of 60 feet and water rate of 20 gpm. The well has 6″ steel casing and includes a well pump, volume tank and pressure switches.

Propane Gas: Propane gas can be delivered from the near-by town of Hodgen, Oklahoma.
