Pond: There is a large pond located west of the home that is a year round source of water for local wildlife. This pond is stocked with fish.
Shop/ATV Storage/Horse Stalls: Behind the home is a nice shop that is roughly 18 feet wide x 20 feet long. The shop has concrete paver flooring, an AC unit, propane wall heater, electrical outlets and lighting. There are doors on each end of the shop. There is a 9.5 feet x 20 feet shed off the West side of the shop that can be used for ATV storage. Additionally, there is a 9.5 feet x 20 feet area off the East side of the shop that has two horse stalls.
Bunk House: There is a rustic Bunk House that is located just West of the Shop Building that can be used for guests. The interior is completely finished out with eastern red cedar lumber. There are sheds off both sides of the bunk house that can be used for storage.
