This small hunting camp with a loft is located in the old Deerhaven subdivision in Wesley, the typical 5 acre lot located between Otter and Long lakes over miles of winding dirt roads offering a nice wooded location and plenty of privacy. Long known as a popular spot for deer and bear hunters to spend their hunting seasons, the area also has plenty of partridge and a few turkeys lurking around. With public landings at lot #112 on Long Lake and Lot #510 on Otter lake you have easy access to fishing and 2 quiet lakes to paddle w/your canoe or kayak. If you enjoy ATV or Snowmobiles, you have MILES of trails to enjoy from the property. Built in 2002 the footprint of the camp measures 28’3” x 16’4” and has a loft over half of the first floor that could be made larger if anyone wished to do so. It has a first floor bedroom area and a bathroom started with a shower stall in place. The floorplan is open so anyone can “make it their own” as they wish. This is one of the more traveled roads in the area, that being said, this is not a property for everyone, the roads are not well kept as it is pretty much up to the property owners to provide all maintenance and repairs.
