This is a fantastic recreational cabin site.  Whether you are a hunter, fisherman, bird watcher or naturalist, this property will appeal to you.  Tracks of otter, fisher, ermine and bobcat were all observed while on a recent walk through the property.  The calls of chickadees and pileated wood peckers were all that broke the silence on my recent visit.  The abundance of water found here provides habitat for migratory waterfowl which will be seen in the spring, summer and fall.

The property is located in the small town of Bradford, Maine.  Bradford has a population of approximately 1500 residents.  Bradford is only 20 or so miles to Bangor, Maine where you will find healthcare, shopping, dining and more.   This is a property where the only sounds you hear will be the gentle breeze through the tree tops and the sound of the flowing waters with the accompanying calls of song birds.  The visitors you will see will be an occasional moose, whitetail deer, river otters and other forest creatures.  If you are looking for a wildlife sanctuary to call home, then give me a call, and let’s go take a walk on this 131± acres of waterfront land.
