Tract Description: The ‘West Fork Caney Creek Tract’ (#03019-03970) is one of 19 separate tracts being offered through a SEALED-BID SALE with bids due OCTOBER 24th, 2024.

Legal Description: The West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W½ NE¼), the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E½ NW¼) of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 2 West, Evangeline Parish, Louisiana; ALSO the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW¼ NW¼) of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 2 West, Allen Parish, Louisiana; containing a total of 200 acres, more or less.

Directions: From the intersection of LA-10 LA-372 on the east side of Oakdale, LA, travel south on LA-372 for 6.5 miles and take a left onto a gated timber company road. There is a UC-NFS combination lock on the gate. Call UC-NFS for combination. Once through the gate travel 0.9 miles along timber company road and take a left onto a woods road and travel 0.15 miles to the west boundary of the tract.

From the intersection of LA-10 & LA-372 on the east side of Oakdale, LA, travel south on LA-372 for 4.8 miles and take a left onto Joe Soignier Road. Travel 0.2 miles and continue straight onto gated timber company road. (UC-NFS combination lock on gate) Continue on main timber company road 2.7 miles and take a right onto a woods road. Travel 0.1 miles to the NE corner of the tract.
