There are also occasional exotic wildlife that pass through occasionally.

WATER

An equipped water well which supplies water to two ranch houses and feeds into troughs for watering livestock and wildlife as well as several dirt ponds. The potential for improved and other water impoundments are certainly an option given the diverse topography of this ranch, with several deep draws and gullies throughout.

IMPROVEMENTS

There are two ranch homes that are currently occupied by the owner and family on the ranch. The main house could be used as a permanent home or hunting quarters and the old homestead home could be used as a guesthouse, hunting cabin or renovated and used for a short term rental due to its proximity to the Mason Square and to other local amenities.
