Description
The Moro Creek 80 Tract (#03019-03982) is a +/- 80-acre tract of timberland located in northwestern Bradley County about four miles southwest of Banks, AR (North 33.535964°, West 92.318447°). Access is to the southeastern side of the property is available with a woodsroad running westerly from Bradley RD #3 for over a mile. The topography is generally flat with Moro Creek flowing through the northwestern portion of the property, forming the Bradley-Calhoun County line. This tract consists predominately of merchantable hardwood. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the soils consist of an assortment of silt loams that give the property a weighted average soil site index of 90 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50 years).
