Description
The Beech Creek Tract (#03019-03981) is a +/- 50-acre tract of timberland located in western Bradley County about five miles southwest of Hermitage, AR (North 33.406127°, West 92.237293°). Most of the topography is generally flat to gently rolling along with the Beech Creek system flowing through the property. Access is available with a woodroad running south of Bradley RD #160 aka Rice Road for about a quarter-mile to the northern line of the property; additional access to the southern line of the property runs for about a half-mile from the end of Bradley RD #445. About 34 acres of the land were planted circa 2013. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the soils consist of an assortment of sandy loams and silt loams that give the property a weighted average soil site index of 85.0 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50 years).
