Seller will transfer minerals with a Quit Claim Mineral Deed. Buyer must make a deposit of $30,000.00 per 160 ac tract or $15,000.00 per 80 acre or smaller tract or $500 per lot of minerals at the conclusion of the auction and pay the balance in cashier’s funds at closing within 45 days of sale. Funds will be deposited the following Monday by 4:00 p.m. CST. Announcements day of sale supersede all advertising. All high bidders on any tract or combination must stay until completion of auction.
