Description
The Wheeler Branch Tract (#03019-03983) is a +/- 40-acre tract of timberland located in northwestern Bradley County about three miles west of Banks, AR (North 33.585249°, West 92.318570°). Access to the eastern side of the property is available with a woodsroad running southerly for over a mile from the end of Bradley RD #453. The topography is generally flat to gently rolling with Wheeler Branch, an intermittent creek, flowing through the property. Roughly thirty acres were planted circa 2011 and remain unthinned. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the soils consist of an assortment of silt loams that give the property an excellent weighted average soil site index of 90.0 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50 years).
