Access is available via gated woodsroad running northeasterly from McCorvey Loop RD for just over a half-mile up to the northwestern portion of the tract (Call us for gate combo); an old RR tram runs along the eastern edge of the parcel for nearly 700 yards for additional potential access. The majority of the property contains a well-stocked stand of natural pine timber that was thinned during the summer of 2025. The northeastern portion features about 8.5 acres of wetland habitat. About 12 acres of a mostly hardwood creek drain runs through the northern portion of the property for diverse wildlife edge. A pipeline right-of-way approximately 20 feet in width bisects the northwestern portion of the property.
