A dirt county maintained road runs along the North side of the
property. There is a natural gas lease
road that is currently used to access the property.
Primitive Cabin: There
is a primitive cabin on the property which sits near the highest elevation on
the property and provides a great view of Cavanal Hill to the South.

There are 40 acres (more or less) of land that are mostly covered with
timber that is native to southeastern Oklahoma including some exceptionally
nice mature oak trees. A seasonal creek
flows through the North side of the property. This property provides great
habitat for wildlife particularly whitetail deer. There is a cleared and level pad that is

This area has a reputation for producing some nice size whitetail
