corner.  There is a drilled water well
with reported depth of 200 feet and 6 to 7 gallon per minute water rate.

Property Access: 
A dirt county maintained road runs along the North side of the
property.  There is a natural gas lease
road that is currently used to access the property.

Primitive Cabin:  There
is a primitive cabin on the property which sits near the highest elevation on
the property and provides a great view of Cavanal Hill to the South.

Land: 
There are 40 acres (more or less) of land that are mostly covered with
timber that is native to southeastern Oklahoma including some exceptionally
nice mature oak trees.  A seasonal creek
flows through the North side of the property. This property provides great
habitat for wildlife particularly whitetail deer.  There is a cleared and level pad that is
roughly 1.5 acres in size just South of the cabin.

Wildlife: 
This area has a reputation for producing some nice size whitetail
deer.  The owner reports frequently
