Additional structures include a 17′ x 28′ quonset hut secured to a concrete slab for storage or flexible use, a 200′ solar electric goat fence protecting livestock habitats, a 12′ x 20′ soft garage for rabbits, and a 10′ x 12′ enclosed kennel or chicken coop currently used for feed storage. The chickens will also stay with the property, as well as a flourishing garden, now in its third year, adds to the property’s self-sufficiency. Recent updates include a partial privacy fence installed in July 2024 and a fenced backyard with chain-link panels that can be removed. The property is chemical-free, and many homestead tools and pre-cut oak firewood for winter use are included.
