The Saline River West Parcel (#03019-03617) is a +/- 94-acre tract of timberland located in southern Cleveland County about eight miles east of Kingsland, AR near the community of Mt. Elba (North 33.840638°, West 92.156046°). The topography is fairly well-drained and generally sloping downwards towards the northeast. The property boasts roughly a mile of frontage to the Saline River! Most of the tract was cleared and harvested in 2016; about 60 acres in the southwestern portion were planted with loblolly pine in 2018 and the remainder of the tract was allowed to regenerate naturally. Access to the northwestern corner of the property is available with a woodsroad running about 200 yards past the end of Mt. Elba RD West; another woodsroad runs southeasterly from Mt.
