Description

Access is available by deeded easement using a gated woodsroad running westerly from AR-Hwy 33 / Horn Lake RD for roughly two miles (contact us for access details). Most of the property is maintained within a Wetland Reserve Program (WRP) . According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the soils consist of Kobel silty clay loam, which gives the tract a site index of 90.0 feet for Eastern Cottonwood and 80.0 feet for Cherrybark Red Oak (base age 50); the same soil survey gives a non-irrigated crop rating of 28.5 bushels per acre for soybean.
