Cabin: This beautiful Sardis Lake Cabin includes: an oven/stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, and décor, and is fully furnished. Some of the furnishings include a cedar table with bench seating, a coffee table with 2 matching end tables, a sofa, a cedar bar, 3 beds with rustic décor, multiple lamps, pictures, completely furnished bedrooms, numerous built-in cedar storage and much more.  The cabin has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. 2 bedrooms on the first level and 1 on the second level.  With the bathroom/utility room as well as the kitchen being on the first level.

This cabin features a very large living/family room (30 feet x 12 feet).  This room feels even larger with the vaulted ceiling covered in beautiful rustic metal.  The walls are covered ¾ in rustic logs and the cabin is very energy efficient.  There is an amazing rustic gas fireplace with a large mantle that sits in the corner of this room.  It is surrounded by a rock-like material that adds to the rustic feel.  This room has a portable cedar bar, 2 rustic ceiling fan light fixtures, a mini-split, and an exit to the anterior and posterior of the property.  The room is fully furnished with a nice leather sofa, two cedar end tables, a coffee table, two beautiful lamps, a cedar bench, a table and chairs, and additional cedar shelving with numerous Knick knacks that are tastefully displayed to add to the rustic cabin theme. Two large rustic rugs compliment the high-traffic carpet. 

The beautiful cedar staircase leads up to the large loft/bedroom area.  This area measures 15 feet x 16 feet.  This large area currently has 2 beds and room for more in addition to the supplemental furnishings that will convey to the new owners.  There are 2 windows that provide natural lighting in addition to the rustic ceiling fan light fixture.  This loft/bedroom areas have vertical and horizontal beams and a metal ceiling.  The area overlooks the living/family room and also features a gait.

The Kitchen (9 feet x 11 feet) has numerous built-in cedar cabinets with lots of area for storage.  There is a gas stainless/black oven stove, stainless refrigerator, black microwave, and double stainless sink with a view of the wooded exterior of the property. The backsplash is cedar and compliments the cabinets. The kitchen also has additional shelves for the display of dishes or Knick-knacks.  The floors are laminate.
