From the moment we pulled into the quiet cul-de-sac in Fox Glen, we knew this was the kind of place we’d been searching for. Tucked away just four miles from West Plains, this home offered the perfect blend of peaceful country living and easy access to town. It felt private, welcoming, and ready for us to make it our own.Walking inside, we were instantly impressed by the updates. The waterproof vinyl flooring, fresh paint, and tasteful finishes made the whole space feel clean and modern. The layout was practical, yet inviting—and the master suite, with its walk-in closet, felt like a true retreat. We could picture ourselves cooking in the kitchen with the stainless steel appliances and unwinding in the cozy living room after a long day.Outside sealed the deal for us. The fenced yard, two powered outbuildings (hello, she-shed dreams!), and the RV carport checked every box. The 2-car garage, heated and cooled with insulated doors, felt like a bonus space we’d actually use year-round. And knowing the crawl space was encapsulated with a dehumidifier and the septic system had been recently updated? That gave us real peace of mind.Even better—it comes with a home warranty that’s good until 2028, adding an extra layer of confidence in our investment.Everything about this property just worked. It gave us room to breathe, space to grow, and the comfort of knowing we were stepping into something truly special in the Ozarks. We could already picture the memories we’d make here.

Directions: 4 miles down 160 East to the Fox Glen subdivision on the right. Take first left onto County Road 8020 and then another left on County Road 8030 and the house will be the second house on the left. Watch for signs.
