Sitting on the front porch (which is a showstopper), you can’t help but enjoy the cool evening. The summer breeze meanders through the mature trees in the front yard as you listen to the distant sounds of downtown Hamilton only blocks away. The original hardwood floors and woodwork adds to the nostalgia as you enter the front door. Standing in the living room you glance over at the main level master bedroom which has a sizable walk-in closet. Not quite ready for bed, you stroll through the dining room and into the kitchen. Rummaging through the pantry, you settle on one of your all-time favorite snacks….popcorn! As the kernels are popping away in the kitchen, you make use of the time by starting a load of laundry. Thankfully the laundry room is on the main level and you are able to return to the kitchen before the popcorn is burnt. After the snack you debate on heading upstairs where you have converted one of the upper bedrooms to a craft room. Realizing there will be plenty of time for that tomorrow, you decide to wine the evening down. What a way to end the day in your new home in Hamilton, MO.
