There's a total of 17 different rooms from sizes as small as 8×8 for utility room up to 30×22 and everything in between. It has three different vaults, one with a bullet safe inside of it. Although the ceiling has been lowered in most of the building, in the original part of the building it appears that there is a metal ceiling that would look awesome if brought back to its original state.

With so much hunting land being leased and purchased in NW Missouri, and this property being not far from the Iowa state line and close to I-35, this would make an excellent hunting lodge/retreat.
