Historical access for the property is via woods road running westward
from Union RD 32 (Hillsboro Road) for approximately ¾-mile to the north
boundary. A pipeline right-of-way
approximately 40ft in width bisects the southwest part of the tract. There are about five acres lying southwest of
the pipeline that contains some mature native pine timber. All merchantable timber was recently
harvested from the rest of the tract and is ready for reforestation or cleaning
up potions for food plots are large as you desire! This area should provide some excellent deer
browse and cover habitat for the next several years! The topography is rolling with various sandy
loam soils that make for a well-drained property. (Mineral rights are not included.)

Directions: From the intersection
of US-82 and Hillsboro Road, travel south on Hillsboro Road for 4.0 miles and
turn right (west) onto a woods road.
Travel along the wood road for 0.8 miles and turn left (south) and
travel another 0.3 miles to the north line of the property.
