of AR-98 and US-79 in Emerson, AR, travel east on AR-98 for 8.3 miles then take
a right (south) onto Columbia CR-16. Go
6.2 miles on Columbia CR-16 then take a slight left onto Columbia CR-28. Travel 2.5 miles along Columbia CR-28 then
take a right (south) onto a woods road and go another 0.3 miles to the north
boundary of the property.
