DESCRIPTION: This irrigated farm is located in southeastern part of Parmer County north just a mile north of the old Pleasant Valley Gin. This farm is level to gently sloping from NE to SW. This farm is 120 acres and is wider East to West than North to South so the existing Pivot cannot make a complete circle and covers approximately 80 acres. The farm is currently being used for production agriculture, but could also make good pasture for grazing and haying if planted to an improved grass mix. WILDLIFE, HUNTING AND RECREATION: Dove, quail, pheasant, and occasional coyote are seen in this area with occasional mule deer in area. In the fall and winter there is a good possibility for sandhill crane, and Canadian geese.
