Directions from Kendall, KS:  At the intersection of US HWY 50 and County Road AA, travel north 10 ½  miles.  SW corner of property begins.  OR from Lakin, KS:  10 miles north on HWY 27 to County Road 250, then 14 miles west to County Road BB, than ½ mile north.  SE corner of property begins.  Signs are posted.

Acres: 320 Auction Acres

Taxes 2020: $1,841.15

Tenant:  Jared Riedl.  Property is selling subject to the tenant’s rights.  Agreement is a 1/3 and 2/3 split with fertilizer inputs being split 1/3 2/3 also.  Tenant shall have the right to plant Fall 2021 crop and retain their share of the Fall-planted crop(s).  Lease expires on December 31, 2021.
