Legal Description:  The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE¼ SW¼) in Section 23 of Township 18 South, Range 24 West, Lafayette County, Arkansas, containing 40 acres, more or less.

Directions:  From the intersection of AR State Hwy #53 and AR State Hwy #160 near Walker Creek, travel north on AR-53 for 2.75 miles then turn left (west) onto Providence Lafayette County Road #73.  Travel 1.7 miles to the intersection of Lafayette #17, a.k.a. Pickett Loop, and continue northwestwardly along Pickett Loop Road approximately 1.6 miles to the east side of the Pickett Loop Tract.  The property will be on both sides of Pickett Loop for one quarter of a mile.
