This property is a great conservation success story. Purchased by the current landowner over 30 years ago, the property was primarily prairie at the time. Most of the bucks had already shed their antlers, but I got pictures of at least 3 different shed bucks that I estimated to be 5 1/2+. There are deer trails, buck rubs, and abundant sign criss-crossing the property in every direction. The landowner has also said he sees turkeys almost every time he visits the property, has seen quail and has heard pheasant on the property.
