The South Ogemaw Tract (#03019–03693) is a +/- 188-acre parcel of timberland located in southwestern Ouachita County about five miles northeast of Stephens, AR near the community of Ogemaw (North 33.44233°, West 93.017967°). The topography is well-drained consisting of gently rolling hills. Access is excellent with about 250 yards of frontage to county road #109; St. Louis Southwestern Railway also runs runs along the western edge of this property paralleling the county road. Roughly 142 acres of the property feature well-stocked natural pine/hardwood timber; a small hardwood creek drain runs along the northeastern corner.
