THE RESTAURANT

Very charming restaurant that sits out over the water can seat around 30 people. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an American fridge, a large freezer, a BBQ, furniture, tableware, and kitchen utensils. Well known popular spot for local expats to dine while enjoying the stunning views and breezes of the bay.

OFF-GRID SET UP

3 independent solar systems – one to supply power to 5 cabins and the restaurant, a separate one for the rental house and another one for the owner's house. In addition, a new 13,000kw generator for back up power is included in the sale. Rain catchment system with a capacity of 52,000 liters (13,700 gallons).
