features a merchantable stand of mixed hardwood and pine. Being located on the edge of Cornie Creek
Bottom, the topography is generally flat with the timber being predominantly
bottomland hardwood. The tract was
selectively harvested around 2013 and was left with an excellent stand of

Directions: From the intersection
of Salen Road with US-63 (Jolly’s corner) in southwest Union County, travel northward
on Salem Road 4.3 miles and turn left onto Union CR-203, a.k.a. Salem Cemetery
Road. Travel along Union-203 for 1.1
miles to the cemetery turn off and continue southwesterly for another 0.6 miles
and take a right onto a woods road.
Follow the the woods road another 0.8 miles to the northeast part of the
property.
