WATER: This property is bounded on the north by the East Fork of the Little Barren River, and most all of the western border is a creek boundary with another creek flowing into that creek. Public water is not easily available.

UTILITIES: There are no utilities on the property. There are power lines on adjoining properties to the north and south.

REMOTE: This property is located south of Reece Hurt Road and north of Subtle Road (KY 496), without paved road frontage. It is reachable by a deeded easement.
