Access to the farm is off of county gravel road Diatom Trail.  When you enter the property, you are on top of the ridge and once at the edge you can see almost all of the farm from this point.  Straight ahead and below is the creek and creek bottom ground. To the north, you can take your first crossing to enter into the balance of the farm.  

Several timber/brush areas on the outlay of the farm, making for some fantastic bedding areas for wildlife. With some cleanup, you could open up some more pasture.  

One could convert some of this to row crop and eventually consider the CRP program. Currently the owner uses the farm, and at closing the buyer would be able to take possession.
