for the Southwest Corner of this Tract, from which a 1/4 Inch Iron Rod found
for the Southwest Corner of said Labor 20 bears N.88°07’03″W. 2448.19
feet;

THENCE N.2°47’27″E. 329.95 feet parallel with the East line of
said Labor 20 to a 1/2 Inch Iron Rod with Cap marked “CEC 10194378”
Set for the Northwest Corner of this Tract;

THENCE S.88°07’03″E. 329.95 feet parallel with the South line of
said Labor 20 to a 1/2 Iron Rod with Cap marked “CEC 101943 78” Set
for the Northeast Corner of this Tract, from which a 1/2 Inch Iron Pipe Found
for the Northeast Corner of said Labor 20 bears N.2°47’11 “E. 2446.09
feet;

THENCE S.2°47’27″W. 329.95 feet along the East line of said Labor
20 to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 2.50 Acres of land, more or less.

TOPOGRAPHY: Farm is fairly flat with one low lying playa are in the NNE part of
the farm. There is about 10’ ft of drop
from the west end of the farm to the east end.

primarily comprised of Olton loam, 0 to 1 percent slopes, tract also has
moderate amounts of Amarillo fine sandy loam, 0 to 1 percents slopes and Amarillo
fine sandy loam, 1 to 3 percent slopes, with approximately 5% of the farm
comprised of Zita fine sandy loam and two low lying areas that account for just
under 8% of the tract comprised of Randall clay, 0 to 1 percent slopes,
occasionally ponded. Soil Capability
ratings are good for this area.

currently enrolled in the USDA Farm Program and has 172.6 Acres of DCP Cropland
with 51.40 acres of Corn Base and 119.50 acres of Seed Cotton Base.
