A beautiful 63-acre property south of Crawford, Colorado, recently sold for $1,150,000. The property had been on the market and listed by other real estate companies since 2017 until United Country | Colorado Brokers and Auctioneers based in Hotchkiss, Colo., listed the property.
The seller was an intelligent businessman with experience in oil and gas industry as well as mini storage. He came by the Colorado Brokers office one day and wanted them to list the property after being disappointed with his current Realtor.
