Wolf Creek Ranch Sells for $2.7 Million in Texas

The Wolf Creek Ranch in Wills Point, Texas, recently sold for $2.7 million!

The property was sold by Wendy Johnson, owner/broker for United Country | Texas Landmark Properties.

This amazing ranch consisted of 926 acres and is extremely versatile.

It can be used as recreational property, development land or ranch land. Before being listed and sold by United Country, the property sat on the market with another company for nearly eight years with no success.

“The seller approached me and I met with him over lunch a few times and presented him with a marketing plan and strategy to get the property on the market,” said Johnson. “I did a lot of upfront research with both the seller and on my own with the knowledge and expertise I have acquired over the years as well as learned from having my ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) designation.”
