A 10% buyer’s premium applies, the sale includes surface rights only, and buyers are responsible for completing their own due diligence.

Separate Online Equipment and Personal Property Auction: Equipment and personal property from the estate will be offered through a separate online-only auction running from August 4 through August 18, 2026, with bidding closing at 6:00 PM Central on August 18. This online auction is separate from the live land auction.
