Seventy
acres of rolling land near the Buffalo National River Wilderness in north

lower Buffalo Wilderness is within walking distance and opens the door to over
30,000 acres of wild public land for exploring, hiking, hunting. Both the
Buffalo National River and the White River are nearby for boating and fishing.
Get the feeling of remoteness but still be within 20 minutes of a Walmart
supercenter. Put all of this together with low taxes and fully unrestricted
land and you have a winning combination for a self-sustaining lifestyle for
multiple family members or a small community of like-minded people.
