This area is known in Harney County as one of the best producing areas for grass & alfalfa hay.  We produce some of the highest quality hay in the northwest.

This farm has a great location boarding a paved county road.  It is turnkey with hay storage for approximately 2400 tons, 20 ton truck scales and some of the best soils in Harney County which is in south eastern Oregon.  There is a 300 head feed lot and very adequate improvements.  The main house sits next to a large private pond in a park like setting that is spring fed from Weaver Springs.  The house is on a private road and has many upgrades, hot tubs, covered wrap around deck, spacious living quarters.  The owner still has some remodeling to do.  In addition to the farm, there is a private cinder pit to help gravel roads & pivot tracks.
