Restrictions: No use restrictions and no zoning and no building department in Green County.

Hunting and Wildlife: There is an abundance of large deer and turkey in this part of Kentucky, and on this property.

Remote: This property is located on a very quiet, peaceful, dead-end road with good neighbors in Metcalfe County. It can be reached from Columbia Road (KY 80) and Breeding Road (KY 533).
