Terms and Conditions

A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid price of both the real estate and all personal property. The successful purchaser of the real estate shall make a 10% non-refundable down payment on auction day by personal check with proper identification or bank wire transfer. The balance will be due on or before Tuesday, November 24, 2026, with possession given at closing. Real estate taxes will be prorated at closing. The real estate is selling AS-IS with no contingencies, including financing, inspections, or appraisal. Personal property sells AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Announcements made on auction day take precedence.
